Q.  Will you pick us up and drop us off?

A. Yes, we pick up and drop off all guests on our adventure tours. Guests on our pre-planned adventures will be picked up and dropped off at the designated location (indicate address at time of reservation; if address is unknown, place TBD in for the address). We will need to confirm location 2 weeks prior to your tour.  +$1 per mile  for locations outside of Ottawa County.

Q. Can we have multiple pickup and drop off locations?

A. Yes, please let us know the locations when you book. We are happy to accommodate our guests. Please understand that this will cut into your adventure time; plan accordingly!!!

Q.  Can we bring alcohol on the bus?

A. Yes, if you are age 21 or older!  All riders are permitted to bring a small cooler on the bus. You can only bring Cider, Beer, Wine, or Seltzer; Hard Liquor is not permitted and will be confiscated if brought on board. We follow Ohio laws and regulations. Any major issues may result in a guest being removed. Please drink responsibly, don’t drink and drive. 

Q. How many people can ride on each bus or van?

A. Both of our shuttle buses can accommodate up to 14 passengers, but we suggest limiting capacity to 12 passengers for a more comfortable experience. Our van accommodates 11 passengers.

Q. Can we pick where we want to go?

A. Yes, with our private tours you’re in control and can control the music as well!

Q. What is required to secure a private adventure tour?

A.  A hold will be placed on your card at the time reservation is placed and then 50% will be due at booking confirmation,$100 becomes a non-refundable deposit. The balance is due 2 weeks prior to tour date.

Q. Is gratuity included?

A. Gratuity is not included in the cost of our tours, meals or other services providedPlease tip your driver.

Q. Is there a penalty if we make a mess?

A. Yes, we have a 3P FEE of $500 to cover the cost of additional cleaning associated with the 3Ps.

Q. Do you travel outside of Ottawa County?

A. Yes, we will pick you and your group up in Erie or Sandusky County. At this time, we so not offer adventures outside of Ottawa County.  +$2 per mile  for locations outside of Ottawa County.

Q. What are your USDOT and PUCO numbers?

A. We are committed to providing our guests with a safe experience.  Our USDOT number is 3629092, and our PUCO number is 650779.

Q. Do you have a lost and found?

A. Yes, please contact us if you forgot something on one of our shuttles, but we are not responsible for items left behind.

Q. What is your COVID-19 protocol?

A. We sanitize the interior of our buses prior and immediately following each trip. Masks may be worn at the discretion of each passenger. Our protocol may change to align with state/local standards.
